How do I create an account?

If you have not already registered for an account, we urge you to do so. But it is not required.

Create an Account

You can also sign up for a new account when you checkout. Simply check the box labeled, “Create an account?” to register as a new user and choose your username and password. Your billing email will be attached to this new account and used for all order notifications via email.

Do I have to create an account?

No. You are not required to make an account in order to purchase products.

What is the ScaleLife wallet?

The ScaleLife Wallet is our way of giving back and helping you to get the most out of being a loyal customer.

This service allows ScaleLife users to earn money towards any of their future purchases and even add money to their ScaleLife account, into their ScaleLife Wallet.

These funds, once loaded, will NEVER EXPIRE and are good for any future purchases on store items, as well as transferring money to another user's ScaleLife Wallet.

Why would I use a ScaleLife Wallet?

You honestly don't have to use it at all! But there are a bunch of perks to this wallet and we just don't see why anyone wouldn't use it!

  • It's real money! No point systems here.
  • Store funds in your account for later, to purchase parts on a rainy day.
  • Send & Receive funds from fellow ScaleLife community members.
  • Instantly get UNLIMITED 1% Cash Back on all purchases of $10 or more!
  • Earn money daily for being a loyal customer just by visiting the store and reviewing the items you've purchased.

Are there any fees associated with the ScaleLife Wallet?

No. There are absolutely no fees associated with your ScaleLife Wallet!

It is free to add funds to your Wallet using our Wallet topup service and we will only charge you for the desired amount that you would like to add into your Wallet.

My Scalelife Wallet already has some cash in it; Why?

As a simple thank you to all of our loyal customers, we have decided to open everyone's wallet with a small $5 cash bonus.

You don't have to do anything with this balance. You can either, choose to use it by applying your wallet balance to your next purchase, sending it to a friend, or simply save it for later.

How do I add funds to my ScaleLife Wallet?

You can add funds to your ScaleLife Wallet using our Wallet topup service. This will be located within your ScaleLife Wallet, inside of your Store Account Preferences.

There is no fee associated with using the Wallet topup service to load funds into your ScaleLife Wallet.

There is, however, a minimum Wallet topup of $10 is required in order to add funds into your ScaleLife Wallet.

There is no maximum limit to the amount you can add to your balance using our top up service.

How much do I need to spend before I start getting 1% cash back on my purchases?

ScaleLife's Wallet gives you UNLIMITED 1% Cash Back on all your purchases for any cart total of $10 or more.

How do I get my 1% cash back?

You’ll earn UNLIMITED 1% Cash Back on all purchases. This cash back will automatically be added to your ScaleLife Wallet balance after every purchase, so as long as you are signed into your account.

How can I get funds into my Wallet Balance?

As of now, there are only five (5) ways for you to add funds into your ScaleLife Wallet:

  1. Earn UNLIMITED 1% Cash Back on all purchases.
  2. Add Cash with a Wallet topup.
  3. Receive a funds transfer from another ScaleLife user.
  4. Earn $0.50 for each product you've purchased and leave a review on!
  5. Earn $0.10 for each daily visit.

Is there a limit to how much my ScaleLife Wallet can hold?

No. There is absolutely no limit to how much can be held in your ScaleLife Wallet.

Is there a daily, weekly, or monthly limit to the amount of funds I can add into my ScaleLife Wallet?

No. There is absolutely no daily, weekly, or monthly limit to the amount of funds you can deposit into your ScaleLife Wallet.

I checked out as a guest; Can I still be credited for my purchase if I create an account after?

Unfortunately, no, this cannot be done. In order to receive the 1% cash back on your purchases, you must be signed in when you check out!

Even with the proper proof of purchase, we will not freely add cash back onto new accounts for previously made purchases that were checked out as a guest user.

What's not eligible for 1% cash back?

The only purchase that can be made on ScaleLife, that IS NOT ELIGIBLE for 1% Cash Back is a Wallet topup (When you add funds into your wallet).

What is not eligible for purchase with my ScaleLife Wallet?

Everything on our website can be purchased with your ScaleLife Wallet balance with the exception of Wallet topups (reloading your ScaleLife Wallet balance).

Orders - FAQ's

Can I track my orders?

Of course you can track your order’s progress. If you have decided to create an account then you can track your orders from the My Account page and by clicking on the Track your order tab.

If you decided not to create an account and simply checkout as a guest, then head over to our Order Tracking page and be sure to fill in the form with the Order ID and the Billing Email used during checkout. This can be found in your order confirmation email.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed for shipping within 3-7 day after they are placed.

Which means your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days*.

*If your order is placed after 3PM EST time on any given Friday, it will be processed on the next coming business day. Backordered items can delay this process.

Are orders processed on the weekends?

No. We only physically process orders Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and we do not yet process and ship orders on the weekends.

So if you made a purchase over the weekend, it wouldn’t be processed until the next up and coming business day.

Shipping - FAQ's

How much is shipping for customers in the USA?

We charge $7.49 for shipping to cover the cost of the shipping itself and the handling required.

What is your shipping price for Int'l orders?

International shipping charges are variable. They depend on the region they are being shipped to.

To check on the price for shipping to your local region, simply add something to the cart and then click on “Calculate Shipping”, when viewing the cart page, and fill out the form to calculate your shipping costs.

Why are there "No Shipping Methods Available"?

Sometimes, when calculating shipping costs or attempting to checkout without first calculating your shipping costs, you might run into a message like this: There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

If you find yourself running into this message, it can be for one of two reasons.

  1. We currently DO NOT / CAN NOT ship to your country or region
    (we are constantly working on adding more countries to our shipping roster)
  2. We have not added your country or region yet.

If this happens, please contact us to verify this. We may just be able to support shipping to your home. We’re a small team and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our shipping and new countries to ship to.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping to all of the domestic United States with orders of $65 and up.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING for Int'l orders?

Yes we do! The limit for Free Shipping Activation on International orders is as follows:

Canada – $80 (USD)
Mexico – $90 (USD)
All Others – $100 (USD)

ScaleLife eGift Card - FAQs [NEW - Updated on November 12, 2018]

How can I get a ScaleLife eGift Card?

You can no longer purchase ScaleLife eGift Cards.

We have discontinued our ScaleLife eGift Cards and the system to use it.

Those that were issued a gift card will obtain the balance within the ScaleLife Wallet and this can be used towards any future purchases.

I don't have an account, but I do have an eGift Card; What do I do?

If you have a ScaleLife eGift Card and do not have a ScaleLife account, we would urge you to create one.

Once your account is created please submit to us, a copy of the eGift Card email with the information required for us to validate it's use/balance, we will then add the remaining balance into your ScaleLife Wallet for your immediate use within 24-48 hours of confirming it's validity.

How do the ScaleLife eGift Cards work?

ScaleLife eGift Cards can only be purchased and used, here at here at ScaleLife.net. Once the purchase has been completed, the eGift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email within several hours (or sooner). The recipient may use their eGift Card to make purchases, for both products and services, at ScaleLife.net

Are there any fees associated with the ScaleLife eGift Card?

No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose tax or any other fees at any time.

Can I change the value of an eGift Card after it is purchased?

Yes you can. All ScaleLife eGift Cards are reloadable. Simply select another denomination and select the “Reload existing Gift Card” checkbox and enter the Gift Card number to add more funds to the card.

If you have purchased the eGift Card and made the recipient someone other than yourself and do not have the card number, you should Contact Us via email, from the same billing email on the invoice. Additionally, we will need the order number of the purchase, the recipient’s email address for proof, and the additional amount you would like to add to their card.

Once we have verified your purchase we will send you an invoice to your email address that you contacted us from. This invoice will be for the additional amount you have specified to be added to the card. Once your invoice is paid, the additional funds will be added to the card within 1 hour (or less).

Do the eGift Cards expire?

No. ScaleLife eGiftCards NEVER expire.

Can I cancel my purchase or return an eGiftCard?

No. Once the payment has been submitted and the order is in processing, the sale is final!

There are no cancellations or returns for ScaleLife eGift Card purchases and this is non-negotiabl

Can I purchase an eGift Card with other ScaleLife.net merchandise in the same transaction?

Yes you can! Unlike most companies, ScaleLife.net DOES NOT use a third party partner to manage our eGift Card system. Our eGift Card system is custom and built completely in-house. This means you can easily purchase an eGift Card, along with other ScaleLife merchandise, and not have to worry about filling out your information on two different sites.

Can I reload my eGift Card after I've exhausted it's full value?

Yes you can! If you still have and would like to use your old gift card, you can reload it at anytime.

How do I check my eGift Card balance?

We currently don’t have an easy go-to page for checking your eGift Card balance. We are working on making this happen as soon as possible.

We do however, recommend simply adding something to your cart and then applying the eGift Card to the cart. Where your total is added up, you will see the eGift Card balance.

What if I lose my eGift Card?

This can be difficult. In order to assist you with any issues you may have concerning your gift card, including if it is lost or stolen, we would need the eGift Card number and for you to verify its current balance.

If your eGift Card is lost or stolen and has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and reissue a new eGift Card to you for the remaining value. ScaleLife.net is not responsible for, nor shall we replace any value redeemed in the interim.

What if I susspect someone of making a copy of my printed eGift Card?

You must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, Contact Us immediately. Any value that has not been used can be reissued to you in a new eGift Card.
